Form 4 — Statement of changes in beneficial ownership
A Discord bot that reads every SEC Form 4 as it lands, throws away the vesting and the tax withholding and the penny-stock churn, and posts what's left.
Corporate insiders must file a Form 4 whenever they trade their own company's stock. It's public the moment it's filed. The problem was never access — it's that nearly all of it is procedural noise.
NYSE and NASDAQ only. OTC and unlisted tickers are dropped before anything is evaluated, which removes most of what remains.
Both channels see the same trades, from the same parser, with the same filtering. The free feed posts the fact 45 minutes later. Premium posts it the moment it's filed — and adds what the filing alone can't tell you: how strong the signal is, who this insider has been, and what the stock is doing right now.
The bot polls EDGAR every two minutes, so premium lands within roughly one polling cycle of the filing appearing. The free channel holds the same alert for 45 minutes, then posts it without the premium fields.
B (6) · CEO · ≥$250k · +12% stake. The formula is public: senior officer (CEO/CFO/President/Chair) +3, other officer or director +2, 10% owner +1; value ≥$1M +2 or ≥$250k +1; stake change ≥25% or a new position +2, ≥10% +1; two or more insiders buying the same name in a week +2; a genuine first buy on record or an accumulating pattern +1; a Rule 10b5-1 pre-scheduled trade −2; an option exercise cashed out the same day −3. A ≥ 7, B ≥ 5, C ≥ 3, otherwise D. It is a heuristic that shows its work, not a prediction./insider TICKER/watch TICKERBoth of these went out on the dates shown. Nothing here is mocked up.

/insider and /watch/subscribe in the serverThis launched recently. The server is small and the alert history is still thin — you'd be early, with everything that implies.
first-time-buyer fires far more often than it eventually will. The bot only knows what it has recorded since it started running, so almost every purchase currently looks like a first. Weight the other three tags more heavily for now.
This surfaces public filings faster than reading EDGAR by hand. It doesn't tell you what to do about them, and an insider buying is not a recommendation.
